FAQ's

What if I lose my wristband?

On collection day of the wristband everyone will be sent a digital copy.

How Many Wristbands can I purchase?

You can purchase as many as you wish. On collection day, an email contact for other users will be required.

How do I get NYX discounts all year?

On collection day you will be automatically signed up as an exclusive member on our app to use discount everyday.

T&CS*:

- Wristbands include entry to all 3 venues from 17th September 2023 to 1st July 2024

- Wristbands are valid up until 1 hour before closing time.

- All wristband holders will be granted entry subject to capacity at the time.

- All attendees must be over 18 and provide valid ID in the form of a passport or   driving license.

- Venue reserves the right to refuse entry.
